Coastal Sports and Wellness Medical Center was a integrative sports medicine center located in San Diego, California featuring sports medicine physicians, sports chiropractors, physical therapists, sports massage therapists as well as sport-specific personal trainers in a 12,000 foot facility.

The clinic closed in 2009.
