Join our nationally-certified personal training staff for individual or group training classes designed specifically for your sport to decrease your risk of a season-ending knee injury. Our classes have been scientifically designed by our sports medicine physicians and staff to help decrease the risk of knee injuries in high school athletes.
Classes meet twice a week - group packages are available. Programs start in September.
