Three-time Olympic cyclist, US Cycling Hall of Fame member and Hawaiian Ironman World Champion John Howard brings over 35 years of cycling experience to the Coastal Sports & Wellness Cycling Performance Center. John Howard’s position-technique analysis is a 2-hour session that has been proven over the past 22 years with 130 National Championships and an Olympic Gold Medal.
The package starts with a scientific approach to biomechanical positioning and the analysis of pedaling technique.
